A well stocked pantry, fridge and freezer is all you need and you’re ready to heat up the grill to get started!
Of course you can use your own favorite dressing for salmon, or just leave it au naturel with a little salt, pepper and fresh lemon.

One of my favorite salad dressings is honey mustard, so I made my own version since I do not usually buy bottled dressings.
While the salmon is on the grill you can prepare the dressing in 2 minutes with only 4 ingredients.
Mustard Dressing for Grilled Salmon, gluten free
This is a quick and easy to make gluten free mustard dressing to top your salmon. A light and delicious dressing any time of year.

- 2-4 TBLS. mustard (any kind you like)
- 2 TBLS. cider vinegar
- 1/2-3/4 TBLS. olive oil (more or less as needed)
- 1/4-1/2 tsp. honey (to taste)
- OPTIONAL -slivered almonds
- Mix all the ingredients in a small dish stirring well to combine and emulsify.
- Taste to adjust the flavor by adding more of any ingredient to your liking.

I like my dressing a little sweet so I add a little more than 1/4 tsp. of honey. Of course if you do not like sweet dressing, feel free to eliminate the honey.
