Chocolate Buttermilk Muffins

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray.

  1. In medium bowl mix the buttermilk, butter, oil and egg with a whisk or fork.
  2. Add in the remaining dry ingredients except the chocolate chips and stir just until moistened.
  3. Now add in the chocolate chips and stir just until blended into the batter.
  4. Add to muffin pan and bake 15-20 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.

If using a mini muffin pan bake 11 minutes.
