Sticky Buns

I only modified the type of flours and sugars while keeping the measurements intact.


This is a basic biscuit recipe adapted from The Good Housekeeping Cookbook

Sticky Bun Mixture


Prepare the Sticky Bun Mixture in a small bowl and set aside & Preheat oven at 450 degrees

  1. Mix the dry ingredients together with a fork in a large bowl.
  2. Cut in the butter with a pastry blender or a fork until the mixture resembles course crumbs.
  3. Add in the milk stirring with a fork just until blended.
  4. Into a greased mini muffin tin add 1 teaspoon of the sticky bun mixture to the bottom of each muffin cup.
  5. Scoop about 1 to 1 1/2 Tablespoon of dough in to each muffin cup. Be sure to only fill the muffin cup half way. Do not over-fill.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for a few minutes, remove from the muffin pan and invert the biscuits so that the sticky bun mixture faces up and place on a wire rack to cool.
