Almond Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Almond Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies are refined sugar free and gluten free (be sure to check your ingredients).



Preheat oven to 350 degrees – Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat.

  1. In a large mixing bowl beat together the egg, sugar, baking powder and vanilla until well blended – approximately 1 minute.
  2. Add in the almond butter and water and mix well.
  3. Scoop a teaspoonful of dough onto the baking sheet. Using a fork make indentations and flatten the dough. (Spray the fork with cooking spray to prevent sticking)
  4. Bake 15 minutes or until the cookies are firm in center and lightly browned.
