I like to mix sweet and savory recipes for gatherings. They are the perfect combination for celebrating and this collection of easy recipes for New Year’s Eve includes a variety of gluten free, vegetarian, dairy free and make in advance recipes that are all crowd pleasers.
We all love the spicy foods and small bites for appetizers but I can’t resist adding in some sweet treats as well.

This easy to make Ham, Cheese, Pear Wrap can be made in advance and is a quick and easy sandwich wrap to make for large gatherings. Just wrap, roll and slice!
Spicy Cauliflower Bites, can be made gluten free (check your ingredients), prepare in advance and heat up when ready to serve!
Baked Egg Rolls can be made either vegetarian or with meat – whatever your guests will prefer – also can be prepared in advance and baked when guest begin to arrive.

Now let’s get to the sweets. We have dairy free, mini baked chocolate doughnuts which are very easy to make. You can whip them up in less then 10 minutes just before midnight and they will be ready when coffee is served.
