Parmesan Coated Baked Chicken Cutlets

Baked Chicken Cutlets are coated with parmesan cheese giving this easy dinner lots of flavor. This recipe can easily be cooked in the air fryer.



  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or non-stick foil.
  2. If the chicken breasts are thick flatten them, or slice in half.
  3. In a medium size bowl add the egg whites and whisk until very frothy.
  4. In another bowl add the cheese, panko and bread crumb mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Dip the chicken into the egg whites and then coat with the crumb mixture.
  6. Lay out on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray the chicken with cooking spray.
  7. Depending on the thickness of the chicken, bake 10-15 minutes on each side until lightly browned.
  8. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
