Easy Homemade All Purpose Baking Mix

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a medium/large bowl using a whisk.
  2. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 6 months.

Basic Recipe For Muffins

  1. 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  2. ¾ cup milk
  3. ¼ cup vegetable oil
  4. 2 tbls. honey (add more or less according to taste)
  5. 1 tsp.vanilla

You will need to use 2 cups of the All Purpose Baking Mix per below directions

  1. Mix the above wet ingredients in a large bowl and then gently stir in 2 cups of your all purpose homemade Baking Mix and blend just until moistened. The batter will be lumpy.
  2. Gently fold in ⅔ cup of berries or chocolate chips.
  3. Pour the batter into paper lined muffin pan and bake 15 minutes, or until tops spring back or an inserted toothpick comes out dry,
