Easy 5 Ingredient Grain Free Sandwich Bread Recipe

This very quick and easy grain free sandwich bread recipe from www.lexiscleankitchen.com is a delicious alternative for a gluten free sandwich.


  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour (blanched)
  • 1/2 cup Tapioca Flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • Pinch of sea salt (I’ve also used table salt and it was fine)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened Apple Sauce


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray the baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, using a fork or whisk combine the flours, baking powder and salt.
Add in the eggs and applesauce and mix until well blended.
Pour 1/3 cup of batter, or equal amounts into the molds and bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Use a toothpick to be sure they are cooked.
Cool a few minutes, remove from pan and they are ready to serve.
