I’m always thankful when my dinner turns out as planned. I wasn’t sure what to expect the first time I made the pork tenderloin in the air fryer but all’s well that ends well.
The tenderloin was moist & flavorful and the crunchy bacon was the bonus.
While the tenderloin is roasting in the air fryer you can make the sautéed apples and a brown ‘gravy’ for a very special meal. When I make pork I like to add a little mustard to the gravy along with some of the apples.
In under 1 hour you can have a delicious dinner with brown gravy and fresh apple topping ready for any weeknight or a special weekend dinner.
I like to place the roast on one of these air fryer parchment circles. I then add about 1 tablespoon of water to the basket as well. This helps to prevent some of the bacon fat from dripping into the air fryer basket and smoking.Print
