Homemade Grain Free Easy Drop Biscuit Recipe

Prep Time 5-7 minutes Cook Time 13-15 minutes Serves 6-8 biscuits

Homemade Grain Free Easy Drop Biscuits to serve with dinner in place of bread. Also serve with soups and stews. Don't forget brunch, biscuits and jam are delicious.


  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 2 tsp. coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup tapioca flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tbls. chopped parsley (add any herbs you prefer (cilantro/rosemary/thyme)
  • pinch of sea salt (you can use table salt)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbls. butter room temperature


Preheat oven to 350 degrees & line baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl whisk together the dry ingredients. Then stir in the applesauce, egg, butter until well blended.

Scoop up the batter with a cookie scoop and drop onto the prepared baking sheet.

Bake 13-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Serve warm.
