Preheat oven to 350 degrees & line baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl whisk together the dry ingredients. Then stir in the applesauce, egg, butter until well blended.
Scoop up the batter with a cookie scoop and drop onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake 13-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
