  1. When farro is cooked set it aside for 10-15 minutes to cool.
  2. Blend together the dressing ingredients and set aside.
  3. Using a large mixing bowl add in the farro, and the remaining ingredients and stir well. Now add in the dressing and mix well to blend all the ingredients.
  4. You can serve this immediately. Or you can cover and refrigerate to serve when ready. This will stay up to two days.
