TIP: The original recipe called for Maple Syrup and Olive Oil. I twice made the recipe exactly as written. However I didn’t like the flavor of the maple syrup, and the olive oil was too heavy. So I eliminated the maple syrup and only used a small amount of granulated Monk fruit for sweetener and I used avocado oil. The avocado oil is a neutral flavor and if you do not like sweet mayonnaise then be sure to taste test as you go. When I made this recipe today I used the nutribullet, it blended the cashews quite smooth.
