Dairy Free Homemade Creamy Mayonnaise No Egg Recipe is very easy to make with only 4 basic ingredients and a blender. Using a high speed blender is the preferred choice to achieve the smooth creamy mayonnaise. No cooking and a very easy recipe.



  1. Drain the soaked cashews and add to a high speed blender.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the blender. Blend until very smooth.
  3. Taste to see if you would like to add more lemon or some sweetness.


TIP: The original recipe called for Maple Syrup and Olive Oil.  I twice made the recipe exactly as written. However I didn’t like the flavor of the maple syrup, and the olive oil was too heavy. So I eliminated the maple syrup and only used a small amount of granulated Monk fruit for sweetener and I used avocado oil. The avocado oil is a neutral flavor and if you do not like sweet mayonnaise then be sure to taste test as you go. When I made this recipe today I used the nutribullet, it blended the cashews quite smooth.
