- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves (optional)
- 3 cups chocolate ice cream (about 6 medium scoops)
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream (about 4 medium scoops)
- Add milk, pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger and cloves (if using) to the jar of a blender.
- Add ice cream and pulse until smooth.
- Divide between serving glasses.
- Top with whipped cream if desired. Or crumble a cookie for extra garnish.
